Award of the title Honorary Professor to Joachim E. Amthor, PhD

On June 21, 2023, Mr. Joachim E. Amthor, PhD, was awarded the title "Honorary Professor" by the Dean of the Faculty 5. Mr. Amthor has been teaching at RWTH since 2010 at the Chair of Geology and Paleontology and the Geological Institute. Every year he gives the students new and interesting insights into reservoir characterization through his lectures. We warmly congratulate Mr. Amthor on his well-deserved title and thank him for his many years of commitment!
