Submission of Obligatory Copies
5. Submission of obligatory copies and issue of the doctoral certificate
After the examination, the student has one year's time to publish the doctoral thesis.
As soon as we have received the obligatory copies, we will send one copy to the advisors requesting them to verify the completeness of the form and content.
When written confirmation has been received from the advisors, we will issue the certificate, ensure that it is furnished with the necessary signatures and contact the doctoral candidate. The certificate can be collected in person or mailed to the recipient.
The doctoral candidate is not entitled to use the title of Doctor until he or she has accepted the certificate.
