Submission of Obligatory Copies

5. Submission of obligatory copies and issue of the doctoral certificate

After the oral examination, the student has one year's time to publish the doctoral thesis. Please use the version of the cover sheet provided in the download area below. We recommend that NO personal data in the form of CV be included in this publication.

In any case, please also contact the University Library for the publishing purpose. Current information can be found at:

As soon as we have received the obligatory copies, we will send one copy to the reporters requesting them to verify the completeness of the form and content.

When the written confirmation has been received from the reporters, we will issue the certificate, pass it for the signatures of Dean and Rector and contact the doctoral candidate. The certificate can be collected in person or is sent by registered mail.

The doctoral candidate is not entitled to use the doctoral degree until he or she has received the certificate.
