11.0 - Infrastructure
The Department of Infrastructure belongs to RWTH Aachen Central University Administration and has two subdivisions.
Our Responsibilities
The department is responsible for multiple infrastructure services that are essential for the smooth operation of RWTH's day to day business – and with that also its research and teaching activities.These services include room and event management, transport logistics and mail, cleaning as well as grounds maintenance, among ohers.
Environmental protection, waste disposal, fire safety and building safety are other infrastructural activity fields of the Department that ensure the University's functioning.
The Department is highly service and solution-oriented and at the same time stands for the ability to accomodate different needs in bringing matters to a satisfactory conclusion for all.
